How Rosetta Brands came to be

Rosetta Brands was founded with a single conviction: that consumer brands deserved direct access to Amazon's vendor infrastructure, not just another agency managing their account from the outside.

The founding team spent years building one of the UK's most significant Amazon vendor relationships from scratch. They negotiated directly with Amazon, navigated the complexity of Vendor Central, absorbed chargebacks, and built the systems that allow brands to sell at scale - with the Prime badge, reliable fulfilment, and the commercial terms that most brands can never access independently.

Then they opened it up. Rather than keeping that infrastructure to themselves, they created a model where ambitious consumer brands could plug directly into it - accessing enterprise-grade vendor capabilities from day one, without spending years building the relationship themselves.
