Rosetta Brands provides the vendor account infrastructure your consumer clients need, immediate Vendor access, full compliance management, and end-to-end fulfilment operations. You keep the client, the relationship, and all the Growth Marketing work. No conflicts. No poaching. Just a capability you didn't have before.
Vendor access, Prime, and a full operational infrastructure, delivered through Rosetta, attributed to you. Your clients get the upgrade. You get the credit.
Most of your consumer clients on Seller Central can't get Vendor access directly from Amazon without months of waiting, or at all. Through Rosetta, they get it immediately. You become the agency that unlocked something they've been trying to access for years.
Chargebacks, compliance, EDI, fulfilment, order processing, terms negotiations, Rosetta manages all of it. Your clients get a fully operational vendor account without you needing to build the infrastructure, hire for the expertise, or absorb any of the compliance risk.
Prime unconditionally, Subscribe & Save at scale, Amazon Business, international Vendor markets, programmes that are either unavailable or inaccessible to Seller Central brands. Your clients get them all as standard through the Rosetta partnership, from day one.
Four steps from introduction to a client trading at full Vendor capability, with your agency relationship intact throughout.
You identify an consumer client who would benefit from Vendor access. You make the introduction to Rosetta through the partnership channel, the client knows you're the one making it happen.
Rosetta handles the commercial consultation, access setup, fulfilment configuration, compliance framework, and order automation, everything operational, from first contact to first PO.
Advertising, A+ Content, Brand Store, listings, strategy, reporting, everything you currently do stays with you. Rosetta provides vendor infrastructure. You provide everything else. No overlap.
Your client is now on Vendor with Prime, with programmes activated, and with a managed operational infrastructure. Your agency delivers their growth. The relationship, and everything that comes from it, stays yours.
The partnership only works if both sides know exactly where the line is. Here it is.
We have built the agency partnership model around one principle: you take all the risk when you refer a client to us. We have to earn that trust. Here is what we commit to, in writing, in every partnership agreement.
"Looks like Amazon is performing well now it's under Rosetta stewardship. Really pleased, the switch to the new packs has gone well and the whole process has been straightforward."
When your clients move to Vendor through the Rosetta partnership, they unlock performance that simply wasn't available to them on Seller Central, and you delivered it.
We start with a conversation, no forms, no commitment. Tell us about your agency, the types of clients you work with, and what you're trying to offer them. We'll tell you honestly whether the partnership makes sense.

The questions that matter most to agencies considering a Rosetta partnership, answered directly.
No, and this is formalised in the partnership agreement. The client relationship is yours. Rosetta does not contact your client directly without your explicit instruction, does not pitch Growth Marketing services to clients referred through agency partners, and routes any direct inbound from an agency client back to the referring agency. The partnership only works if you trust it. We have built it around that.
No. For agency-referred clients, Rosetta provides vendor account operations only, access, compliance, fulfilment, chargebacks, and order processing. Advertising, A+ Content, Brand Store, listings, and all other Growth Marketing activity stays entirely with you. We are deliberate about this: the reason the partnership works is because we don't compete with what you do. This is not a grey area, it is written into the partnership agreement.
The commercial structure varies depending on how the partnership is set up, we'll discuss the options with you directly. Generally, agencies either introduce clients and Rosetta bills the client directly for vendor operations (with a referral arrangement for the agency), or the agency manages the commercial relationship with their client and sub-contracts vendor operations to Rosetta. We are flexible and will work with you to find a structure that fits your agency model.
Rosetta Brands works with UK consumer brands, from emerging brands with real Amazon ambitions to established vendors looking to optimise their account. The key criteria are: a physical consumer product, UK distribution, and a product range where the Vendor model economics make sense. We assess each client individually as part of the onboarding consultation and will give you an honest view on fit before any commitment is made.
Yes, and this is how most partnerships start. A single client introduction lets both sides see how the operational handshake works, validate the model, and build confidence before scaling the arrangement. We are comfortable starting small. Getting the model right for both sides matters more to us than moving quickly.
